Clarity: LLP Statement of Solvency-extended date

Based on MCA notification dated vide General Circular dated 09.11.2020; it is clarified that:

  1. All delayed filing till November 30, 2020 will allowed to be filed without late fee till December 31, 2020.
  2. Statement of solvency(which is required to be signed within 6 month from Financial Year ending) can be signed by designated director till November 30, 2020.
